Shots taken from a recent 6 week research trip along the Rio Jurua in Western Amazonia. I was employed to document the cutting edge research of scientist along this remote stretch of Amazon Rainforest. The trip consisted of travelling 600km along the Jurua along which we interacted with local communities to help with daily data collection in the rainforest. I created a short film documenting the influence that increased hunting has on the wildlife population and how this in turn can impact the health of the surrounding ecosystem.
